The latest version of HandsOn CMS has been launched, confirming its position as the most user friendly, flexible, WAI compliant content management system available.

The development of Tibus’ proprietary HandsOn Content Management System began in 1998, in response to consistent customer need to keep certain elements of their websites up to date.  In the intervening years, what began as a simple administration system to manage news items and events has become an entire online management system, running over 350 websites, intranets and extranets for organisations through Ireland and UK.

HandsOn now manages complex product, e-commerce, online shopping and order fulfilment systems, as well as site content and structure control, web imagery, audio, video, MP3, blogs and other crucial elements of the web in 2007.  It provides complete control over all aspects of our customers websites and intranets.

Uniquely, HandsOn provides full spell checking in English and Irish, boasts drag and drop embedding of images and documents, and facilitates real time checking for adherence to accessibility and usability guidelines.  In direct response to client feedback and demand, the latest version, 1.9, additionally provides further browser compatibility, enhanced search engine flexibility, an improved administration interface, smoother email marketing capability and increased portability.
