Background & Brief
The Bar Library is the private library service for all Barristers in Northern Ireland. The Library provides its members with state of the art legal information and information technology together with accommodation and office support services.
Following re-location to impressive state of the art facilities at 91 Chichester Street in Belfast, the Bar Library recognised the need to commission a new online application that would reflect their offline presence and communicate with the general public, members and other professional bodies.
Tibus was brought on board to analyse their communication needs and to advise the Bar Library on how best to address these different target audiences under the one online umbrella.
